As winter is in full force, we welcome you to today's winter wellness session, all focused on reflexology.
Our reflexologist, Emma, has identified three specific points to show you today so that you can experience the benefits of reflexology in the comfort of your own home.
In this video, we will demonstrate how to stimulate reflex points associated with the spine, digestive system, and respiratory system. All wonderful reflex points to help and boost our overall wellbeing.
This little routine can either be done as a self–reflexology routine you can practice on your own feet or on someone you want to share this routine with.
