Winter Wellness Challenge

This Winter we have shivered through some truly cold and wet days and we are all looking forward to some milder temperatures and more sunny days ahead.

To help us to get through the last stretch of this cold season, we have prepared a fun and exiting 5 day challenge for you.

Over the course of five days we immerse ourselves with mobility exercises, self reflexology, nerve flossing, some easy and natural immunity booster recipes, breath work and much more.

This challenge is nothing but nurturing for body and soul. Are you ready to experience carefully crafted activities to boost your overall wellbeing?
